Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners as required by the shift.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work history and be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and excellent attention to detail.
