Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse racks and shelving systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
