Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets and quality standards
- Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational deadlines
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
