Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and quality control standards
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and freight management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
