Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and order fulfillment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our East Charlotte facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
