Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some weekends or overtime as needed.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
