Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with zero-error precision for e-commerce fulfillmentOperate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
