Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise for shipment and distribution.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock to maintain optimal warehouse conditions.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Packaging: Prepare products for delivery using appropriate packaging materials and methods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for warehouse operations.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
