Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular stock counts and organizing stockrooms.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Package and label shipments accurately for timely local and regional delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and strict deadlines.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized to maintain high efficiency standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
