Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments
- Support quality control initiatives to ensure product integrity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park Drive location
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
