What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational challenges.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding quality control and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
