Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload freight trucks and containers according to safety protocols and shipping schedules.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
