Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming inventory shipments.
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and eligibility to pass a standard background check.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
