Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and account issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with billing and technical teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT)
- Participate in monthly product training workshops
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingual certification a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional off-site events)
