Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established training manuals and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and material handling.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
