Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package incoming shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage zones
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Denver, PA facility
