Responsibilities
- Manage inventory with precision using RF scanning systems
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of trucks and pallets
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
