What You Will Do
As our 2026 Strategic Vision Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our artificial intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with C-suite executives and engineering teams to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for 2026, focusing on breakthrough AI and quantum computing integration.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a world-class team of engineers and researchers in exploring next-generation neural architectures and adaptive learning algorithms.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess emerging technologies and determine their viability for large-scale enterprise deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior engineering or technical leadership roles, with a focus on AI and large-scale systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and emerging 2026-era tech stacks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex R&D projects from concept to launch.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and innovate proactively.
