Responsibilities
- Design and deploy next-generation neural architectures capable of autonomous learning and adaptation by 2026.
- Lead the integration of Quantum algorithms into existing AI workflows to solve complex optimization problems.
- Oversee the development of Ethical AI frameworks to ensure transparency and bias mitigation in large-scale models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype 'living' digital environments that evolve with user data.
- Define the technical roadmap for the transition from Web3 to Web4 decentralized networks.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in cutting-edge AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on theoretical physics or cognitive science.
- 10+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks (CUDA, ROCm).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance computing projects.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized identity protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
