Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams by 2026.
- Lead the technical roadmap for Project 2026, identifying gaps between current AI capabilities and future market demands.
- Implement advanced Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Transfer Learning models to improve predictive accuracy.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize algorithms for hybrid quantum-classical computing environments.
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance models to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for next-generation hardware-software integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering for autonomous agents.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Ability to think critically about long-term technological trends and system scalability.
