Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with global megatrends and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to integrate future-proof solutions into enterprise ecosystems
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage a $2M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI on futuristic deployments
- Author thought leadership publications on the societal impact of 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech deployment
- Proven track record commercializing at least one 2020-era breakthrough technology
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or neurotech
- Published research in Nature, Science, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate innovation funding
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning using Delphi or Horizon Scanning methodologies
