We're seeking a strategic innovator to lead our 2026 roadmap, focusing on scalable systems that address global challenges through cutting-edge research and ethical implementation. You'll work alongside Nobel laureates, industry disruptors, and government liaisons to turn speculative concepts into tangible realities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation strategy across quantum AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, futurists, and policy advisors
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and private equity
- Present breakthrough concepts at global forums like Davos and TED Future
- Patent and commercialize at least 3 disruptive technologies annually
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading transformative tech initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum deployment
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 5+ patents or scalable ventures launched post-2020
