Responsibilities
- Anticipate emerging technology trends and market disruptions through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across product, operations, and customer experience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation portfolio performance
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building innovation frameworks for 10-year horizons
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Future Studies required
