Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap incorporating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing strategic pilots for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation impact on business objectives
- Drive culture of experimentation through agile prototyping and rapid iteration cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
