Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Design and validate prototype concepts using agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Establish KPIs for innovation impact and ROI measurement
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record in launching tech products with >$50M impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation frameworks implemented
