Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future capabilities
- Design and prototype next-generation solutions using rapid iteration methodologies and emerging tech stacks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government bodies to accelerate innovation ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future technology adoption and ethical implications
- Monitor global innovation metrics and KPIs to refine strategic approaches and measure impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading executive-level strategic planning sessions
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Published thought leader in innovation or technology futures (portfolio required)
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFTE) preferred
