Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy for next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ in tech/future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging tech fields
