- Workforce Transformation: Lead initiatives to upskill and reskill employees, ensuring the workforce is ready for the jobs of tomorrow.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technology strategies with broader business goals.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change by fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, digital transformation, or a related senior leadership role within the technology sector.
