- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex future trends to leadership and employees, ensuring buy-in and adoption of new strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in organizational strategy, HR leadership, or future-of-work consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Metaverse, Web3) and their implications for the modern workforce.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in ambiguous environments and driving change through influence rather than authority.
