Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead high-level cross-functional initiatives to modernize our core infrastructure.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver seamless execution.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track the success of the 2026 roadmap.
- Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging out-of-the-box problem solving.
- Present strategic insights to the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and their business applications.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade at the executive level.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional teams.
