- Design flexible work models that maximize productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Present quarterly strategy updates to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Strategic Planning or HR Technology.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing long-term organizational changes.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence trends and their impact on the labor market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
