Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our proprietary AI architecture, focusing on scalability, security, and next-gen capabilities.
- Design Autonomous Systems: Architect robust, distributed systems for autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and neural-symbolic integration.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure code quality, system performance, and adherence to best practices across all AI engineering initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for product and business leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-availability infrastructure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive technical consensus.
