Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy or product leadership
- Proven track record of delivering AI initiatives with measurable business impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong background in ML, NLP, and generative AI technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and business units
