Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration, specifically targeting milestones and innovations relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and deploying inference engines with sub-millisecond latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards and best practices for AI development.
- R&D Exploration: Stay ahead of emerging trends in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Edge Computing to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
