Responsibilities
- Design and architect the end-to-end technical roadmap for the 2026 AI infrastructure initiatives.
- Lead research and development into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, design, and engineeringâto translate visionary concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data governance in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience in cutting-edge AI research.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML systems and distributed computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
