Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2030+ sustainability roadmaps with quantifiable KPIs
- Lead decarbonization initiatives across global operations and value chains
- Develop AI-powered sustainability dashboards for real-time impact tracking
- Forge strategic partnerships with green tech startups and regulatory bodies
- Drive circular economy adoption through waste-to-value innovation
- Lead B-Corp certification and ESG reporting excellence
- Mentor cross-functional teams in sustainable design thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science/Sustainable Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with measurable ESG impact
- Expertise in circular economy frameworks and carbon accounting (GRI/SASB)
- Proven experience leading sustainability transformations at scale
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Certified B Corp or similar sustainability credentials
- Experience developing AI/ML solutions for environmental monitoring
- Deep knowledge of California climate regulations (SB 253, AB 1309)
