Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy solutions across supply chains
- Drive ESG reporting initiatives ensuring compliance with GRI and SASB standards
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budgets and vendor partnerships for green technology adoption
- Design and launch employee engagement programs for sustainability culture transformation
- Conduct carbon footprint analysis and develop decarbonization strategies
- Present findings to investors, boards, and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate sustainability with Fortune 500 companies
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar credential
- Proven track record implementing carbon neutrality programs
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and climate risk assessment
- Advanced data analytics skills with sustainability software (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and change management
