We are seeking a visionary Future-Ready Technology Architect (2026 Vision) to define the technological roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between current innovation and the anticipated demands of the 2026 digital landscape. You will lead initiatives in generative AI, decentralized systems, and immersive web experiences to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the industry.
As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will analyze emerging tech trends, evaluate feasibility, and architect scalable solutions that position Nexus Core Systems as a market leader by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy that aligns with business goals, identifying key emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Readiness) for implementation.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research and proof-of-concept (PoC) validation for futuristic technologies to assess their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures that can withstand the rapid evolution of the digital ecosystem in 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning regarding future tech stacks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into compelling narratives for investors and executives, securing buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or CTO-level capacity.
- Future Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Blockchain, Edge Computing, and Web3 technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and successfully integrating them into business roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex architectural challenges and navigate ambiguity in rapidly changing environments.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
