Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision and long-term Roadmap.
- Lead high-level strategic planning for AI integration, Web3, and sustainable tech infrastructure.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) and assess their business impact.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for R&D initiatives focused on futuristic solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic technology implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, IT Management, or Product Leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological disruptions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
