Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototype-to-market cycles for emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on future-readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging technology or futures research
- Proven track record of implementing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Tableau, Miro)
- Strong network with innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Demonstrated experience presenting to C-suite and boards
