Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, integrating AI, sustainability, and digital transformation priorities
- Lead scenario planning for global market shifts, regulatory changes, and technological disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with company-wide KPIs
- Conduct forward-looking market research and competitive analysis for 5-10 year horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization and compelling narratives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
