- Security & Compliance: Ensure all system architectures adhere to the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in researching and implementing AI/ML integrations and next-gen infrastructure solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
