Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our upcoming product releases, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design high-level system architectures that integrate Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and edge computing seamlessly.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects focused on quantum computing integration and decentralized networks.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Performance Optimization: Overhaul legacy systems to support high-throughput processing and real-time data analytics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing principles, blockchain technology, or advanced AI frameworks is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system scalability.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
