Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for our core technology stack, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead architectural decisions for high-impact projects, including AI integration, quantum-ready infrastructures, and decentralized systems.
- Establish and enforce enterprise-level coding standards, security protocols, and scalability best practices.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for implementation within the 2026 vision.
- Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business strategy in high-level stakeholder presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, large-scale systems that have processed billions of transactions.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Strong command of system design principles, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
