Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for our platform, ensuring scalability and innovation for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design complex distributed systems that integrate Agentic AI models and decentralized technologies.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refactor legacy codebases and optimize data pipelines to handle increased throughput and real-time processing.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all systems comply with evolving US data regulations.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and senior engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Integration: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and how to integrate them into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, undefined problems and provide scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
