Job Description
Are you ready to architect the infrastructure of the future?
Nexus Horizon Labs is pioneering the next generation of technological solutions for the year 2026 and beyond. We are seeking a visionary Future Systems Architect to lead our R&D division in designing scalable, quantum-ready, and AI-integrated systems. If you thrive on solving complex problems and defining the tech stack of tomorrow, this is your opportunity to shape the digital landscape.
As part of our elite team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, high-performance engineering, ensuring our platforms are robust, secure, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation software systems for the 2026 tech stack.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid quantum-classical algorithms into production environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and scalability across all engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) and recommend strategic adoption.
- Oversee system performance monitoring, latency optimization, and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of integrating Machine Learning models into large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
