Responsibilities
- Advanced Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex, real-world problems.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for high-volume production environments using distributed computing frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, user-centric products.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure and research culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, research engineering, or a related technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers or similar libraries.
- Publications: A strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous technical challenges and deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
