- Design resilient, high-scale microservices architectures capable of handling future workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate innovative solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tech stacks for new initiatives, ensuring scalability and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML paradigms and their application in enterprise settings.
- Experience with high-concurrency systems and distributed databases.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
