Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision and market trends.
- Pilot New Technologies: Identify, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced AI Agents) to determine feasibility for integration.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product managers, and executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies clearly.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management for R&D initiatives and ensure optimal resource distribution for future tech projects.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust frameworks for ethical AI and data privacy, ensuring our future innovations adhere to global standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years focused on emerging tech or strategic planning.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current trends and anticipate technological shifts relevant to the year 2026.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and distributed systems. Experience with Quantum Computing concepts is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A proven track record of solving ambiguous, high-level problems and driving projects from concept to execution.
