Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technical roadmap for Nexus Horizons, focusing on innovations relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Innovation Leadership: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities for product development.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and robust system architectures that can withstand the demands of future growth.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineering leads and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and product managers.
- Roadmap Execution: Work closely with product management to prioritize initiatives that align with our long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and modern development methodologies.
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to analyze trends and predict technological shifts with high accuracy.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
